Layton Consulting Ltd. is a specialty structural engineering firm providing services primarily to the exterior cladding, curtain-wall and building component industries.

Our clients include manufacturers, builders and architects. In addition, we specialize in the seismic design of non-structural building elements as well as in the design of safety equipment, pre-fabricated structures and high-end residences.

We have been involved in projects located along the West coast from Anchorage, Alaska to San Diego, California, with the majority of the work in British Columbia. Our main office is in Surrey, BC and we have a branch office in Washington.

Our office is comprised of eleven permanent staff including engineers and technologists as well as office staff. We hold registrations in British Columbia, Alberta, Washington State, Oregon, Arizona, and California.
